This is hands down the best restaurant in Orillia! They make everything fresh and from scratch (best actual handmade burger I've ever had in a restaurant!), the beers are super tasty and the people are so friendly and nice. Was the best experience going out for lunch with my mom, can't wait to come back here!

We love bringing tours here! Great brewery that has awesome food and gives our groups some very in-depth tours. The best charcuterie boards we can find with some amazing beers to pair!

People make the difference and the staff here were amazing. They were knowledgeable about their beers and engaging in conversation much beyond the norm. The beers were pretty decent in number and diverse in varieties, which would please almost all pallets. However, it made it easy for me to pick my flight of 4, which generally has been tough on our travels. I had an IPA, the same IPA flavoured with mango (which was nice), a dry hopped ale and their stout. I liked the 1st 2, the 3rd was OK, but the last 1 tasted empty, like bitter water which happened to be black. I like my dark beers to be rich with depth and lasting flavours. Brewery has great branding, nice atmosphere and a wide variety of merch, but sadly no patches for my shirt.

Visited Couchiching Brewery for the first time Saturday. Came for the show, Sammy, Jeff and Jenny were amazing. We really enjoyed it. Matt was our server...he was a real gem. We were from out of town for the weekend, my husband has Alzheimer's and he was very patient, so glad we came out for the evening and enjoyed wings and a few pints. Great job

Your location is beautiful but you all are the reason it turned out to be such a special and fun evening. Highly recommend the team at Couchiching Craft Brewing Co. for corporate events.

10 Stars. They nailed it in every aspect. The blond server was kind and helpful. Mushroom pasta was SUPERB and came really fast. Great atmosphere overall. My friends had the Smack burger and it was also perfect. We will return for sure!

Been here about ten times and eight have been perfect. Menu is always changing and usually there are some winners. Quality of ingredients are always great. Service is usually amazing, only one visit we had bad service. Overall this place is going to be decent.

I’ll start by confessing that I am no beer connoisseur, however I am a lover of good food, tasty drinks, and a warm atmosphere; all things that Couchiching Craft Brewing Co has exceeded at! The service was quick & very friendly, and each beer in my flight was unique & delicious in their own way. I wish we had decided to order a full meal, because the dishes coming out to other tables looked fabulous. I will definitely be returning to enjoy their patio in the warmer months. Highly recommend!

Came here on Saturday for a quick bite and it was great. The atmosphere is very welcoming and nice. We ordered the smoked meat poutine and oysters. Everything was very tasty, although the cheese curds could have been a bit more melty. We were seated quickly and the staff were very attentive. I would come back again.

Couchiching Craft Brewing Co. hosted a business event that we attended for Christmas. The restaurant itself has a rustic and inviting feel. The servers were attentive, and friendly. (Orillia needs more establishments like this restaurant/bar, it certainly "cleans up" the downtown core.) I can't be certain how many people that this event hosted that night as it was a large party, however, they didn't have enough room to accommodate everybody on the same floor. That being said, they have 2 floors that can accommodate 2 different parties at one time. The entire event was catered by the brewery, and the food was incredible. They served fall off the bone ribs, coleslaw, fresh buns, potato salad, mini quiche, chicutery boards and dessert. Our favorite drink was the candy cane martini. I haven't been to this establishment other than this catered event, so I'm not certain what it would be like to go during the dinner hour. As for a private party, I would definitely recommend this restaurant. They met our expectations.
